In the Sims 2, players have the ability to resurrect Sims who have died. While they are unable to bring a Sim back immediately after dying, they can resurrect them by completing tasks or using specific gameplay items. To resurrect a Sim, the player must first have a tombstone or urn containing the Sim’s ashes. Once they have this, they must take the following steps:
1. Visit the Science career track and reach at least level 7 2. This grants access to the Sim Modder which can resurrect ghosts 3. The player will need to repair and experiment with the Sim Modder until it grants the option to resurrect the Sim
