BCC, or blind carbon copy, is a feature in Outlook and other email programs that allows you to send a copy of an email to a recipient without the other recipients being aware. This can be useful for sending sensitive information to someone without the other recipients knowing, or for sending a copy of an email to someone who is not on the main distribution list.
To add a BCC recipient in Outlook, simply click on the “BCC” button in the “To” field. You can then enter the email address of the recipient you want to BCC. You can also add multiple BCC recipients by separating the email addresses with commas.
