Honedge is a Steel/Ghost-type Pokmon introduced in the sixth generation of the Pokmon video game series. It evolves into Doublade when it levels up with high friendship, and then into Aegislash when exposed to a Dusk Stone.
Honedge is a unique Pokmon in that it is one of the few Pokmon that can evolve based on friendship. This means that players must spend time building up their friendship with Honedge in order to evolve it. There are a number of ways to do this, such as battling with Honedge, giving it items, and talking to it.
